Hoffmuller Diagrams showing the vertcally averaged relative vorticity over latitudes 7.5N to 20N (the Main Development Region, MDR, latitudes) from 50E to 70W, so from the Horn of Africa to past the Caribbean Chain.  Most developing hurricanes will have recurved northwards past this point.
